At the heart of why I became a travel agent specializing in Disney Vacations is the understanding that there's so much magic that can be missed when you don't know the ins and outs of all that Disneyland and Walt Disney World have to offer. I did so much research planning our family trips and learned so much that I wanted to help others plan their trips too.
When you book your travel through me, you are supporting my small business. When you trust me with your vacation, you get the dedication and commitment to service of the agency owner. You also get the experience of a mom who knows about travelling with kids and who's as dedicated to your vacation as I am to my own.
Here are some FAQs about working with me.
1. Do you get special deals for your clients?
Technically, no. As an agent, I have access to the same pricing as my clients have booking direct. However, if my clients book a Disney package and a deal is released that can be applied to their booking, I ensure that their booking is adjusted to the best price. I have saved my clients a lot of money over the years by monitoring Disney deals.
2. What is the benefit of booking with a travel agent?
The benefit of booking with our agency specifically is the high level of support and service you get. We help with everything from making the best recommendations for your family, support with Disney accounts, park reservations, dining reservations and every question you have along the way. We make sure you never miss an important date or special experience. and truly care about making sure you have an amazing vacation.
3. If you don't charge fees, how do you get paid?
When you book your vacation through me, I receive a commission from the suppliers we use. *Please note, service fees may be added for components that do not pay commission, such as airfare. We always communicate in the planning phase if there are any components that may require service fees.
4. Can you price match?
We can always price match what Disney has to offer; however, we may not be able to compete with big box stores or liquidation sites. It is important to remember that you will not get the level of support or guidance through discount offers and if anything goes wrong with your trip, it can be very difficult to resolve with limited customer service.
